WELCOME
This is the blog we made for our Management Practice and Law Class. in which we posted our work, our findings, our philosophy as a practice. For this project each of us were assigned roles, and acted upon these roles as an up-and-running practice.
Two weeks or so within the project, I was asked to lead the team. This reassignment, brought interesting changes and consolidate the team.
This was, for me (Yves) an very useful experience, from which I have learned some basis in management, and gained along the way some amazing skills: coaching, and self-coaching.
